Microsoft Copilot Studio is a low-code platform for building conversational AI agents and automating workflows. It enables businesses to create intelligent chatbots, automate repetitive tasks, and integrate AI capabilities across Microsoft 365, Teams, and other enterprise systems without extensive programming knowledge.
Our workshops are designed for business analysts, IT professionals, operations managers, digital transformation leads, and anyone responsible for process improvement or automation initiatives. No prior AI or coding experience is required for Tier 1 workshops, though basic familiarity with business processes is helpful.
All workshops are delivered remotely by default, serving clients worldwide. In-person delivery is available upon request and may incur additional travel and accommodation costs. Remote sessions are conducted via your preferred virtual meeting platform (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
Participants need a computer with internet access, a virtual meeting platform (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar), and ideally access to Microsoft Power Platform or Copilot Studio for hands-on workshops. We'll provide detailed technical requirements upon booking.

Workshops must be booked at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled workshop receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a 50% fee. We're happy to reschedule at no additional charge when possible.
